Mindfulness Club

Designed for newcomers and people who would like a simple meditation practice and to be a part of the mindfulness community.  This is not strictly a silent meditation.  There will be an introduction for each week’s meditation, a short silent meditation and for anyone who wants to stay, time after the meditation for members to discuss mindfulness on their own.

The Mindfulness Club is not about mindfulness meditation specifically.  During the meditation time, members are encouraged to practice whatever type of meditation they prefer (mindfulness meditation or otherwise.)

The Mindfulness Club is more about the general concept of being fully present of where we are and what we’re doing throughout our day.

If anyone in the group is interested, a future club activity could be outdoor mediation walks that leave from, and return to, the studio.
